A History of Giving Back to the Community

Over the years, Smooth Fusion has been blessed to have the opportunity to bring hundreds of sophisticated web development projects to Lubbock. We don’t take that privilege for granted. So giving back has been an important part of our history. While our employees serve individually in churches and a wide variety of organizations, we also take our corporate responsibility seriously.

For nearly five years, Smooth Fusion has been providing the Texas Boys Ranch with all of its Web presence and e-mail needs. Since 1972, the Texas Boys Ranch has been using its beautiful rural campus to give a safe haven to young boys, instill an appreciation for work, and help those boys grow into mature and successful men. In 2005, Smooth Fusion responded to the devastation of Hurricane Katrina by stuffing a rented truck with more than 10,000 diapers for evacuees taking shelter in Houston.

In recent years, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Southwest has been a special recipient of Smooth Fusion^® Web services and volunteer efforts. RMHC Southwest is way more than a house. The charity operates multiple projects, including family rooms in two local hospitals.
